Our Procurement teams will work with you in analysing all activities within your procurement cycle. Identifying the purchase maturity of your organisation and creating a tactical procurement plan. We will make a GAP analysis to identify areas requiring improvement. Areas including optimisation of specifications, process improvement, demand management and leverage volumes.
Together with you we will develop Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and implement the Business Balances Scorecard (BBSc) to measure outcomes. Assistance in performing negotiations will be provided until the contracting phase.
After signing we will ensure that the supply partners continue to deliver their services and meet our quality expectations.
